Acton Shapiro is a founder member of the Partners in Commissioning Consortium, one of the 14 private sector companies which have won contracts on the Department of Health’s Framework for procuring External Support for Commissioners (FESC).  Partners in Commissioning brings together expertise from:

• the Association of Public Health Observatories
• the Sollis Partnership and
• the York Health Economics Consortium.
