Evaluation of the Advanced Practitioner role An evaluation of the Advanced Practitioner role has been developed across Greater Manchester as part of the former Greater Manchester SHA's groundbreaking 'Delivering the Workforce' Initiative.  Acton Shapiro is carrying out the evaluation in partnership with the Department of Health Sciences at the University of York.  Running for three years, the project started in April 2005.
