Your staff have hands-on experience of the services you offer and are likely to have strong views about how they can be developed. Listening to your staff is crucial to improving services and building staff morale and commitment.
Acton Shapiro has worked with staff from a variety of organisations over many years, enabling them to share their views. This often requires a sensitive approach, for example, where staff may feel under threat from change. We work hard to establish trust and engage people.
We use a wide range of methods, tailored to the needs of the project, including:
- focus groups
- web portals
- questionnaires
- telephone interviews
- face-to-face interviews.
